The service

Karviyo, published by ALIXA SRL, reads a garage's used-vehicle listings and turns them into vertical videos for social media. The service is intended for automotive professionals.

Your account

Access is granted through a link sent to a professional email address. The account holder is responsible for any access they share. An account can be closed at any time, on simple request to contact@karviyo.com.

Videos and listings

The garage guarantees it holds the rights to the photos and information in its listings. Videos produced from its stock belong to the garage: it may publish, edit and distribute them freely, with no time limit.

Karviyo may feature a video as an example on its website or social media only with the written agreement of the garage concerned.

Videos are produced automatically from the photos supplied. Karviyo does not guarantee an exact result, and checks that each video matches the vehicle in the listing.

Plans and payment

Each plan grants a number of vehicles that can be featured per month. A video whose production fails is automatically credited back. An unusable video is replaced free of charge on simple report.

Prices are shown excluding VAT. A plan may be changed or cancelled at any time, with no fixed term.

Prohibited use

Using Karviyo for listings that are not your own, for unlawful content, or attempting to bypass the service's limits. This kind of use leads to the account being closed.

Liability

Karviyo does everything possible to keep the service running without interruption, without being able to guarantee it: it depends on third-party providers. ALIXA SRL's liability is limited to the amounts actually paid by the garage over the past twelve months.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Belgian law. In the event of disagreement, an amicable solution is sought first; failing that, the competent courts of ALIXA SRL's registered office will have jurisdiction.
