Privacy policy
This page explains what data Karviyo collects, why, and how to exercise your rights.
Data controller
ALIXA SRL, registered at Libelstraat 9, 1700 Dilbeek, Belgium, under company number BE 0502.856.908, represented by Georges Mahop.
Data we collect
- Your email address, when you create your account and to contact you.
- The vehicle listings imported from your AutoScout24 stock: photos, description, price and vehicle specifications.
- The videos generated and any corrections made to them.
Purpose
This data is used solely to create your account, import your stock, generate your videos and deliver them to you. No data is sold to third parties.
Processors
- A video generation service, to turn each listing's photos into a video.
- An email delivery service, for sign-in and account notifications.
- Cloudflare, for hosting the website, the application and media files.
Retention period
Your account and stock data are kept for as long as the account is active, then deleted within a reasonable period after it is closed, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, as well as a right to object.
To exercise these rights, write to privacy@karviyo.com. We reply within a month, as required by the GDPR.
