What we keep

Karviyo keeps your account's email address, the listings imported from your stock page, the photos copied from those listings, and the videos produced for you.

How to request deletion

Write to privacy@karviyo.com from your account's email address, with the word "delete". No form, no attachment needed.

We confirm receipt, then delete your account, your listings, your photos and your videos within 30 days, in line with the GDPR. Deletion is final: videos you've already downloaded stay yours, but we keep no copy of them.

What survives deletion

Invoices and accounting records are kept for as long as Belgian law requires, with no commercial use.
